What is a Builder's Agent? 
When you buy or build new construction, the home's builder is considered the seller, and the agent representing the builder is called the Builder's Agent. They may introduce themselves  as a New Home Sales Consultant, Sales Counselor, etc. but essentially they are Builder's Agent. They will always have the builder's best interest in mind, that is their job after all. 

What is the cost of having a Buyer's Agent? 
There is no cost (to you)! The builder (seller) pays the commission. There is a misconception that you'll save money by not hiring an Agent, but the commission for buyer's representation is legally part of the purchase price.
